  Salesmen entertain each other A lot and family members which drop by quite frequently.
  I have circled and walk the lot many times in the hope that purchasing. However, I've never been noticed perhaps from the distractions. Or perhaps they just sell enough to where one doesn't matter.
  Service department is Flatout lazy. I have witnessed and overhead Several complaints.
  10 to 15 cars waiting for service or waiting to be cleaned after service or after purchase while as the customer sit for hours waiting. There may be five or six detailers and ONLY 2 Actually working diligently....SMH
  The load is thrown off on 2 people yet they're paying Several detailers??
  Which is obviously being passed down to us as the consumer during the time of transaction and purchase KMSL !
  I don't want to pay anyone extra for a vehicle that you have extensive workers to get me in and out yet you don't step in and make sure that they're working diligently. However, rather,
  one or two trying to get 10 or 15 cars detailed and off the lot!!
  Management obviously doesn't seem to care that we as the customer are having to wait while they let there service and detail Department be flat-out lazy. I have Heard the one or two that are literally working diligently to service and detail the vehicles be pushed harder than the ones that are standing around the corner smoking cigarettes on their cell phones and so forth!!
  I do not recommend this place for purchase much less for any other type of service!! It is pathetic the way management allows this to be run.
  Frankly it's an embarrassment that it even has Brazos Valley in the title of the business...

  The Brazos Valley Imports team is spectacular. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable with the deal you’re getting. Not only this, you get set up with the service team before you leave the dealership.
